Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ('Agreement') is made between The Aries Empress Private Member Association (the 'Association') and the undersigned ('Member').

1. Acknowledgment of Private Status

The Member acknowledges that this Association operates privately and is not subject to public law. The Member voluntarily joins under the terms of private contract law.

2. Member Rights & Responsibilities

Members shall have the right to receive educational services, participate in private learning programs, and benefit from the Association's resources. Members agree not to disclose internal matters to external entities without written consent.

3. Financial Contributions & Trust Oversight

All financial contributions are received and managed by The Aries Empress Private Trust. Funds are used solely for educational purposes, operational costs, and membership-related activities. The Trustee has full discretion over financial distributions.

4. Consent by Contribution

By submitting membership dues and providing a valid email address, an individual expressly affirms their intent to become a private member of The Aries Empress Private Member Association. Such action shall constitute binding consent to this Membership Agreement and all rights and responsibilities therein.

5. Indemnification & Liability Waiver

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association and its leadership from any claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from participation in the Association.

6. Termination of Membership

Membership may be revoked at the discretion of the Association for violations of this Agreement. Members may also voluntarily withdraw by submitting written notice.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the internal rules of the Association and shall not be subject to any external jurisdiction.
