The Aries Empress Private Member Association (PMA) Charter
Article 1: Name
The name of this Private Member Association (PMA) shall be The Aries Empress, hereinafter referred to as 'the Association.'
Article 2: Purpose
The Association is established for educational purposes, providing private learning opportunities, research, and intellectual enrichment for its members. It operates exclusively under private contract law and is not subject to public law regulations.
Article 3: Private Trust Structure
The Association is supported and financially managed by The Aries Empress Private Trust ('the Trust'). The Trust holds and distributes assets solely for the benefit of the Association and its educational mission. The Trust operates independently in the private domain and is not subject to governmental oversight.
Article 4: Membership
Membership is by invitation only and is granted upon agreement to the Membership Agreement. Members waive certain public rights in exchange for private membership privileges.
Article 5: Governance
The Association shall be governed by its Founder and Trustee, Raven Hobbs, who shall oversee educational programs, membership guidelines, and financial distributions from the Trust.
Article 6: Activities & Jurisdiction
The Association shall conduct its activities in a private capacity and shall not engage in public commerce. All interactions and transactions are between private members.
Article 7: Dissolution
In the event of dissolution, all remaining assets shall be managed and distributed by The Aries Empress Private Trust in accordance with the terms set forth by the governing body. No assets shall revert to any governmental agency.
